  • 1 lemon
  • 100g whole grain flour
  • 100g ground oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml low-fat kefir
  • 5g baking powder
  • stevia
  • Sugar powder for decoration (if desired)


Preparation
  1. Mix the oatmeal and flour, add baking powder and stevia.
  2. Pour into the resulting mixture a glass of kefir and eggs. Mix the dough.


  3. Grind in a blender lemon along with the skin and add to the dough.

  5. Each ball is slightly sprinkled with powdered sugar and put on a pan lined with parchment.
  6. Bake cookies in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
