Recipe for pickled chicken ventricles

The ingredients
  • 700-800g chicken stomachs
  • 2 bulbs
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 50g vinegar
  • 50g soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 5-6 sprigs of dill






Preparation
  1. First you need to boil the ventricles in salted water until ready (about an hour and a half). Let the ventricles cool.

Clean the onions and cut with half rings. Put the onion in a saucer and pour it with vinegar. Let the onion soak in vinegar for half an hour, stir it periodically.



Put the garlic through the press or cut finely. Fresh dill wash and grind, too.



In a convenient container, connect the ventricles, pickled onions and garlic with greens. Fill it with soy sauce and spices to taste. Stir it all together.



Send to the refrigerator overnight so that the ventricles pickle.
