Black Prince Cake Ingredients
- 250g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200g sour cream 20% fat
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 250g flour
- 1.5 cans of condensed
- 300g butter
- 50g nuts
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer. In a separate dish, mix sour cream and cocoa powder. It should be a mass that resembles unsweetened chocolate butter.
- Combine the whipped eggs with sour cream, add soda quenched with vinegar, sifted flour and mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass baked 2 crusts.
- Prepare a form for baking: at the bottom of the bed parchment paper, lubricate it with butter. Pour half the dough into the form, bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees. It is unlikely to be possible to determine readiness by color, so use a toothpick.
- Do the same with the remaining test. Cut the cakes in two and cool them.
- For the cream, whip a condensed butter, and then carefully miss each cake with it. Nuts grind in a blender and generously sprinkle the cake on top. If desired, you can put crushed nuts in the cream (but you will need them much more - 150-200 g) or decorate the finished cake with whole nuts.
- Ready cake send to the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, better - at night, so that the cakes are well soaked. Bon appetit!
