The ingredients
  • 700g flour

  • 1 egg yolk


Preparation

Add sifted flour, egg, 100 g of softened butter, salt, sugar and set the dough mixing mode. Transfer the finished dough into a clean bowl, cover with food film and place it in a warm place for an increase of 2-3 times.




  2. When the dough increases in volume, put it on the table and have a good sense. Divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
