Recipe for a cake with manka in a pan

Algerians eat the most honey in the world, and Algerian sweet pastries consist mainly of honey, nuts and dried fruits. Although these sweet tooth pastries are very sweet, there is no sugar in them. Interestingly, Algerians almost do not consume dairy products. Mshusha is the Algerian national dish. This is a cake without sugar, kefir and milk, and even cooked pancake.

Preparation

The cake is soft and elastic. If the manka was not at hand, then you can replace it with flour and add 1 tsp. starch. In this case, the moshu will not be so airy, but still delicious. You can also lubricate the cake with syrup or jam.
