Zucchini with tomatoes and cheese Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 4 eggs
- 6-8 tbsp flour
- 200g hard cheese
- 3 tomatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 100g mayonnaise
- dillbundle
- 1 tsp salt
- bread-flour
- sunflower-oil
Preparation
- Cut the young zucchini along with thin plates.
- When all the zucchini are cut, salt them and leave them for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the cheese and slice the tomatoes.
- Hit the balls.
- Tap the zucchini in the whipped eggs and then in the flour.
- Heat the oil in the pan and roast the zucchini on an average heat of 5 minutes on each side.
- Cut dill, mix with mayonnaise and crushed garlic.
- Put "tongues" on the dish and smear with mayonnaise with greens.
- Over the mayonnaise put a piece of tomato and a slice of cheese. You can add a leaf of arugula or salad.
