Pumpkin caviar recipe

A good alternative to zucchini caviar is pumpkin. Pumpkin contains such vitamins as A, C, E, D, PP, K, groups B and a rare vitamin T. Pumpkin is rich in minerals: fluoride, magnesium, copper, calcium, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, iodine.

This vegetable can be stored at room temperature and not lose its useful properties. That is why it is recommended to preserve it.

What to cook from pumpkin Ingredients
  • 800g pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt, sugar to taste


Preparation
  1. Prepare the pumpkin: wash, peel hard peel, remove the pulp and seeds. Cut the rest of it in small cubes.
