Recipe for apple pies and honey syrup

  • 2 egg whites
  • 250 ml of vegetable oil
  • 250g sugar
  • 30g baking powder
  • 800g flour


Filling ingredients
  • 300-400g peeled apples
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 120g walnuts
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon






Preparation
  1. To prepare yeast dough, mix warm milk and water. Add the egg and stir. In a separate container, mix the dry ingredients. In small portions add them to the egg-milk mixture, mixing the elastic dough. Cover the dough with food film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
  2. cheese-based dough Cooking is even easier. In cottage cheese add proteins, vegetable oil, sugar and baking powder. With a mixer or a wreath, beat everything to uniformity. Gradually add flour and kneads soft but firm dough. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.



  3. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Sodium apples on grater and add 2 tbsp of sugar and lemon juice. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. When the apples pass the juice, it must be squeezed.
  4. Roast the nuts for a couple of minutes in a dry pan, then grind with a roller. Leave a few whole halves for decoration.
  5. To the apples add nuts, remaining sugar, cinnamon and honey.



  6. Divide the dough into identical pieces, roll each, lay out the filling in the center and form spherical cakes. Place them on the counter with a pinch down. Let yeast cakes fit within 20 minutes.



  7. Squeeze half a walnut on top of each cake. Cover the blanks with a sheet of oily parchment and slightly press the second grit.



  8. Bake in a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes between two vipers.
