Cook cake Ingredients
  • 450g flour
  • 200 ml of water
  • 80g white sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

  • 60 ml of vegetable oil
  • 15g butter
  • 500g drain
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg


Preparation
  1. Mix 300g of flour with dry yeast.



  2. Add to the flour white sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon.



  3. Then lightly heat the water and pour it into the flour mixture.



  4. Then add vegetable oil and mix the dough with a spatula or spoon.



  5. Sprinkle the table with flour and mix the thickened dough with your hands for 10 minutes. Then cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.



  6. In the meantime, wash and dry the plums, and also remove the bones from them, cutting the fruits in half.



  7. Arrive the dough slightly, and then roll into a rectangular layer. Put the halves of the drains in several even rows, leaving a little dough around the edges.



  8. Sprinkle the plum with brown sugar and cut the dough into strips corresponding to the lined rows of plums. Make also one cut in the center, perpendicular to the incisions made in length.



  9. Twirl each strip, forming a “rose”, fasten the edges of each roulette.
