What asana should be performed daily

A Siddha is a person who is full of wisdom and purity. It is believed that a yogi who follows a moderate diet and regularly performs siddhasana for twelve years later acquires supernatural powers called siddhis.

Asana siddhi It is considered a perfect meditation posture because it clears the greatest number of energy channels in the human body and allows you to achieve a blissful state without any effort.

For practicing yogis, this asana is really easy, but it is difficult for beginners to immediately accept the right position and feel comfortable in it. Therefore, the editorial board "Site" I decided to share with you the secrets of the correct execution of the perfect posture, with the help of which you can find inner harmony and bring it into your life.

Meditation Position Siddhasana Technique
  1. First, you need to relax your back muscles and sit down in dandasana. Sit down with straight legs in front of you.

  2. Then bend the left leg in the knee, grab the foot of the bent leg with your hands and place the heel as close as possible to the perineum, and the sole at the right thigh. The right leg also bend in the knee and lower the right foot on the left ankle. Place the right sole between the left thigh and shin without settling on the heels.

  3. Extend relaxed hands in front of you and lower your palms on your knees with the back side. Connect the tips of the thumbs and index fingers, straightening the other fingers.

  4. Stay in this position for as long as possible, making sure your back, neck and head stay upright, then straighten your legs and relax completely. Repeat the asana after a while, changing the upper and lower leg.

At first, it is enough to sit in this position for several minutes, gradually increasing the time spent in siddhasan. You can assume that you have completely mastered asana siddhi, when staying in it for several hours does not cause you any discomfort, on the contrary, it brings pleasure and relaxation.

This asana relieves stiffness of the knees and ankles. With its help, you can increase blood circulation in the lumbar spine and in the abdomen, which will have a beneficial effect on the relevant internal organs.

“If you learn to sit properly, you can learn everything that is worth knowing in this universe.” Jaggy VasudevIt is also known as Sadhguru.

We recommend that you also watch a video in which Sadhguru explains in detail why it is so important to be able to achieve balance in everything.
