Pollock fillet recipe

Due to its remarkable taste and accessibility pollock has become popular with our hostess since the Soviet Union.





There are no small pits in this sea fish, and many excellent dishes can be obtained from its fillets.





"Site" prepare pollock. These are cutlets that do not sculpt, but put in a pan with a spoon like pancakes.

Pollock fillets Ingredients
  • 1 pollock fillet (300g)
  • 2 bulbs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • flavour
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. Peel 1 fish weighing approximately 300 grams. Remove the insides and bones, cut into several parts.

  2. Send to boil in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling the water.
  3. Remove all the bones from the boiled pollock and break it with a fork.


  4. Cut the bow finely. Roast in vegetable oil until golden.
  5. Add to the crushed pollock eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Stir it.


  6. Add to the mixture roasted onions and flour, dried or frozen greens.


  7. Lay out the fish mixture with a spoon on the heated pan and roast for a couple of minutes on each side, until the ruddy crust.


  8. Pollock cutlets Ready.
