How to bake pollock with potatoes in the oven

  • 600g pollock fillet
  • 7 potatoes
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 1 tsp Provence herb mixture
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt
  • 2 bay leaves

Preparation
  1. Cut the pollock in slices.


  2. Rub the carrots with a large straw.


  3. Cut the potatoes with 0.5 centimeter plates.


  4. In a bowl of potatoes add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add spices: a mixture of Provence herbs, bay leaf, salt, cumin, sweet paprika. Mix potatoes with spices.


  5. Lubricate the bowl of 3 tbsp. l of oil, pour potatoes there. Add carrots on top.


  6. Place the pollock fillet at the top. Sprinkle it with lemon pepper and salt to taste, sprinkle slightly with vegetable oil. Cover the tray with foil and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake to the softness of the potatoes.


  7. Pour grated cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
