Chicken recipe with garlic ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp black ground pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 orange
- 1 chicken carcass
- salt
Preparation
- Wash the chicken carcass well and dry it. Then make a cut on the chicken along the back.
- Open the chicken, spreading the pieces from the incision to the sides. Rub the carcass with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Then wash the orange and cut it into a few slices. Also peel the garlic and crush the cloves with a wide knife.
- Next, cover the form for baking with foil and fix its edges along the walls. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil and place oranges with garlic on it.
- Place the chicken on a garlic-orange pillow so that the breast is on top. Lubricate the carcass with olive oil using a silicone kitchen brush, and then wrap with the edges of the foil and send to the 200-degree-heated oven. Bake the chicken for 40 minutes.
- Get the chicken out of the oven. Then mix in a small deep container of honey with salt and add to the mixture 5 spoons of juice released from chicken with oranges. Pour the chicken with the third mixture, then send it back to the oven, raising the temperature to 210 degrees. Wait 10-15 minutes, then again pour the chicken 1/2 part of the honey mixture and after the same amount of time after that repeat this procedure again.
