Juicy and sweet pepper fruits will decorate any dish with their presence: borscht, soup, stew, sauce, salad, but they are especially good in stuffed form. Chicken in the oven is quick, simple and delicious. You cut the pepper into halves and put a breast with tomatoes in it. And the result exceeds all expectations.

Chicken in pepper in oven

The ingredients
  • 4 Bulgarian peppers
  • 1 small carrot (optional)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or fatty cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 70 ml of water
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • salt and spices for chicken to taste


Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the peppers, cut them into halves.
  2. Rub the carrots on a large grater.
  3. Roast the carrots softly in vegetable oil.
  4. Cut the chicken breast in small pieces and roast to make the meat white, but without crust.


  5. Mix chicken and carrots in the pan. Add flour, salt, spices and sour cream directly into it.


  6. A little stew, constantly stirring, and then at the end add 70 ml of water to get the meat in a delicate sauce.
  7. Fill the peppers with pieces of chicken.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top, decorate with pieces of tomatoes and send it to the oven.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Chicken in pepper with mushrooms, onions and carrots

The ingredients
  • 4 Bulgarian peppers
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 70g cheese
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • foil


Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the peppers, cut them into halves.


  2. Cut the mushrooms and carrots. Cut the onions.
  3. Roast the onions in butter to transparency.
  4. Add carrots, continue to roast on a small heat for 2-3 minutes. Then lay out the mushrooms and carcasses still 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix vegetables with chicken.


  6. Fill the mixture with mayonnaise. Fill half the peppers with stuffing.


  7. Put it on a bowl, wrap it in foil and send it to an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
