Grandma prepares small-salted cucumbers for sale, you can eat the next day

With the arrival of summer, we switch to fresh vegetables and remember salts less and less. But sometimes on warm days you want to treat yourself to some savory salty snack. Fast pickles in the jar are just what you need. You will need no more than 15 minutes of work, and there are crispy greens in a day.



Fast low-salt cucumbers in the bank Ingredients
  • 3kg fresh cucumbers
  • 200g stone table salt
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 10 umbrellas of dill
  • 6 horseradish leaves
  • 1 horseradish root
  • 4 blackcurrant sheets
  • 6 cherry leaves
  • 5 pepperpeas
  • 3 liters of water


Preparation
  1. Arbitrarily cut the prepared greens. Earlier we talked about the properties of currant leaves and how they protect vegetables from spoilage and preserve their vitamin value.


  2. Carefully wash the cucumbers of small size and trim their tips. It is better to choose cucumbers of special salt varieties. Their skin is thin and porous. Such cucumbers will be hard and crispy all winter.


  3. Cut the garlic teeth in half. In prepared cans put half the leaves, dill, pepper, garlic.


  4. Put the cucumbers tight. Add salt. Place the remaining spices, bits of horseradish and leaves on top.


  5. Pour the cans with boiling water.
  6. Close the lids and turn over to better dissolve the salt.
  7. Put the cans in a warm place.


  8. In the morning, the cucumbers will change their color, and the brine will become cloudy.
  9. Store such a snack is necessary in the refrigerator, although we strongly doubt that a day after pickling from a portion of tasty cucumbers will remain at least a piece.
  10. Small-salted cucumbers are ready, pleasant appetite!
