Grandma’s neighbor shared a recipe for mulberry jam, which tastes sweeter than honey

If you are looking for an original recipe for jam, prepare jam from mulberry. It is not as popular as cherry or strawberry, but its unusual taste and delicate aroma will not leave you and your loved ones indifferent.



Mulberry jam Ingredients
  • 500g mulberry
  • 500g sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 star anise


Preparation
  1. Wash the mulberry berries thoroughly. Put them in a couch to make the glass water.
  2. Cut the berries with a hard peduncle. It's easier to do that with scissors.


  3. Fill the pot with mulberry, pouring layers of sugar.

  7. Add the lemon slices. Then boil for another 10 minutes and get off the fire again.


  8. Lemon juice will dissolve in the jam, making its color brighter.
  9. Remove the pieces of lemon from the jam and pour it hot on the jars. Close the cans.
  10. Jam turns out bright, with a rich taste, all the berries remain intact and do not boil.
