Dessert that awakens the wolf’s appetite even on the hottest day

Homemade cottage cheese with strawberries from the grandmother’s garden is a sweet memory from childhood and a real symbol of the beginning of summer. It would seem that could be better? But the culinary art is the great thing that from the same products you can always create something even more delicious.



In our case, it will be a strawberry dessert without baking, which we have already repeatedly prepared, but with each new recipe we do not tire of admiring its amazing taste.

Strawberry cheese ingredients
  • 350g strawberries
  • 250g sand cookie
  • 80g butter
  • 20g gelatin
  • 15g vanilla sugar
  • 700g cottage cheese
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 150g cream 20% fat


Ingredients for chocolate cream
  • 100g cream 20% fat
  • 50g chocolate


Preparation
  1. Grind the biscuits in a blender, pass through a meat grinder or just roll with a roller. It should be a homogeneous mass without large pieces.


  2. Melt in the microwave or on the stove butter.


  3. Add the liquid oil to the cookies and stir until uniform.


  4. Elevate the shape with parchment and lay out a layer of cookies. Seal it with the bottom of a glass, then send the form to the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.


  5. Blend cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cream.


  6. Pour gelatin with water and leave it to swell. Swollen gelatin put on a water bath until completely dissolved, and then mix with curd mass.
  7. Put half the curd mass in the form on top of the cookies, then send there strawberries and another layer of curd mass. Leave the form in the fridge for 3 hours.
  8. Make some chocolate cream. To do this, heat cream and chocolate in a water bath, mix to homogeneity.
  9. Pour the top of the dessert with chocolate cream. If desired, decorate with chocolate chips, coconut shavings or pieces of strawberries.
