  • 100g nuts
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 tsp chicken condiments

Preparation
  1. Clean the liver of the tapes, salt it, sprinkle it with seasonings, drop it in flour.


  2. To make the liver tender, it can be pre-soaked in cold milk, having previously cut into small pieces. There is another way of soaking the liver, which is loved by housewives who do not tolerate a sweet milky note in the taste of the cooked product. You can soak the liver in ordinary cold water with the addition of your favorite spices.


  3. Put the garlic through the press.


  4. Roast it in butter. After a minute, add the crushed nuts and fry stirring 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add to the nuts flour mixed with sour cream.
  6. Add some curry. Wait for the liquid to boil.
