But the other day, during an extraordinary walk through the expanses of the Internet, I happened to stumble upon a recipe for American malt bread from an unknown author. In the photo of bread looked so appetizing that I simply could not resist the temptation to try to cook it.

- 480g flour
- 50g brown sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 80g butter
- 330ml malt drink
Preparation
