Method of preparing fried cakes with rice

The ingredients

  • 400g wheat flour
  • 0.7 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 ml of water


Filling.

The ingredients
  • 1 tbsp rice
  • 400 ml of water
  • 0.7 tsp salt
  • 300g champignon
  • bow
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • dill
  • 3 teeth. Garlic


Additionally.

The ingredients
  • 250 ml of vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp flour for forming


Preparation
  1. Prepare the dough: combine sugar, salt, flour and yeast. Add water and vegetable oil. Mix the dough and put it "rest" in the heat for about an hour. If possible, use the bread maker.


  2. Cook rice and cut mushrooms.


  3. Cut the onions and garlic very fine.


  4. Fry mushrooms with onions until ready in vegetable oil. Now add them to rice and garlic. Sink dill and throw it in rice, too. Stir and salt.


  5. Now back to the dough: form about 20 thin cakes and fill them with a mixture of rice and mushrooms.


  6. Cook in a hot pan, using vegetable oil. The cakes should only be browned on both sides, because the filling is already ready.




The finished dish can be served on the table still hot. Traditionally, families wait for cakes to cool down, so as not to miss them when they become cold. In the meantime, you can discuss, for example, which recent films you remember the most.
