Cookie recipe on soda without yeast

Everyone remembers the "Worst" cookies. Perhaps this is not a treat that you should eat every day, but once every few weeks it can be safely cooked.

Cookies "Tinkle" What's so special about this cookie? It is so brittle and crispy that it is simply impossible to stop enjoying it. The recipe and ease of preparation allows you to make a large amount for one approach, which is exactly enough for the whole family!



Many people think that it was prepared only in the post-Soviet countries, but this is not entirely true. In Hungary, this cookie is called csöröge and is traditionally served at weddings.

But in Italy, such a dish can be enjoyed at all sorts of carnivals. Italian bakeries use when decorating not only powdered sugar, but also orange juice.



Today we will be preparing traditional cookies, which were so popular during our childhood. Recipes were passed from one notebook to another, a lot changed. Therefore, almost every family has its own special instructions.



The ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp milk or kefir
  • salt
  • powder


Preparation
  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Rub the yolks together with sugar and soda.



  2. Stir the yolks with milk, add 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.



  3. Give the dough some rest and add a second glass of flour. Leave the dough for half an hour in the cold.



  4. Roll the dough and cut it in small stripes. Make a hole inside and turn it around.



  5. Fry "firewood" to a golden color, then generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.





Such dough practically does not absorb oil when frying, so you can not lay the products on a paper towel. We advise you to cook more delicacies right away, because it will disappear from the plates very quickly!

"Wine" is great for milk tea or coffee with cream.
