Why make a cupcake for Easter?

The ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250g butter (or 250g mayonnaise)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • vanilla
  • peel 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • raisins
  • chocolate
  • nuts


Preparation
  1. Break the eggs into a small container. With a mixer, beat them with sugar and vanillin to high peaks.



  2. Add oil or mayonnaise to the egg mixture and stir again.



  3. Ask for flour along with baking powder and add to the egg mass. Then pour raisins and peel 1 lemon.



  4. Liquid thick dough was divided into two parts. Add the cocoa to one and mix it well.



  5. It is advisable to use a round silicone shape. It must first be lubricated with oil.



  6. In the form pour half the white dough, then the dough with cocoa powder, and then the second half of white.
  7. Bake a cupcake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Sprinkle melted chocolate and nuts on top.
