Instructions for the preparation of chicken kebabs

Chicken kebabsCooked in the open air is a great light dish. Even chicken tastes better if it is fried on a “live” open fire. It doesn't matter if you use a barbecue or just make a little campfire.



As you know, the main thing in kebabs is a well-chosen marinade. Some fans of this dish use kefir, mayonnaise, various spices and even soda. Some just keep the meat in the onions for a few hours. Our method is somewhat different from standard marinades, but the result will surprise you with new taste notes and delicate texture of ready-made juicy meat.

Chicken kebabs ingredients
  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 1 bundle of greens (cilanza, parsley)
  • 4 feathers of green onions
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • black pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Provence herbs


Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet and greens with a napkin.


  2. Cut the chicken in small cubes.

  3. Put the greens and garlic in the blender. Pour butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle, pepper and add Provencal herbs. Now grind it all together.

  4. Put the resulting marinade on cubes of chicken meat. Stir and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least a couple of hours.


  5. Get your swords soaked in cold water beforehand. Stitch pieces of marinated chicken on them.


  6. Roast the barbecue from all sides. Whether it's a grill or a coal, it's fine. Serve the finished dish with vegetables.
