Chicken kebabs ingredients
- 500g chicken fillet
- 1 bundle of greens (cilanza, parsley)
- 4 feathers of green onions
- 3 teeth. Garlic
- salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Provence herbs
Preparation
- Wash and dry the chicken fillet and greens with a napkin.
- Cut the chicken in small cubes.
- Put the greens and garlic in the blender. Pour butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle, pepper and add Provencal herbs. Now grind it all together.
