The instructions of the Soviet grandmother, over which we laughed as a child, and now it is shameful
Admit it, sometimes the advice of the elders seems ridiculous. And it is only when we grow up that we understand that the older generation should listen, or rather write down their wise words. Today I want to share my grandmother’s advice, which will be useful in everyday life. Some of them may seem familiar to you.
Advice of senior household habits everyone has their own. But there are habits that are passed down from generation to generation. A few years ago, some of them seemed ridiculous. It's a bit embarrassing, because some of the things on this list are conscious people doing to this day.
Milk bags for sandwiches This is now everyone going to lunch with their plastic or glass curls of food. My grandmother used to wash a milk bag and put sausage sandwiches in it. Plus, the milk bag is quite durable and can be used several times. And sandwiches are not ventilated in the refrigerator. The current alternative to “poor” bags is wax wipes. They can store fruits and sandwiches.

The problem of excess plastic in our time is more relevant than ever. Environmental activists are calling for the abandonment of single-use plastic bags. They are replaced by an alternative: reusable fruit bags, cloak bags for vegetables. For freezing products, it is most convenient to use reusable packages on a zip fastener. And there will be no package and the environment is cleaner. My grandmother used to wash tight bags and reuse them. Many people went to the store with their bag or bag.

By the way, avoska is a trend of modernity. First of all, it's handmade. Second, an eco-friendly alternative to shopping bags. If someone does not like that others see what lies in the avoska, young people increasingly resort to fabric shopping bags.

I don’t know if you remember how people used to go to a barrel of milk in the morning with their containers. The same goes for kvass barrels. But I clearly remember the enameled canon with which Grandma went to buy fresh milk.
I know people who absolutely do not accept disposable goods. To avoid the ubiquitous plastic, you can go for cereals or for pet food with your bunnies. And the garbage in your house will be much less.

I was 5 years old when my grandmother tied a wool bandage on my head. It was a bow-shaped bandage. But for some reason, to the girl in my driveway, she looked like a woman's bra. So I didn't avoid ridicule. It takes about 2 years, and these bandages are in fashion. There are both girls and women in them. Where's justice?

As you can see, dear friend, times change, and the advice of older people should be written in a separate notebook. Do you have a list of advice from your grandmother? Tell us in the comments if these tips were helpful. Have a good day.
