This dish is prepared with cheese, mushrooms, fish or chicken mince. And it always turns out to be delicious, so you can cook breezoles at least every day, and it will always be a new dish.

The ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp milk
  • 350g chicken ground
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tooth. Garlic
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 20g fresh green
  • salt
  • peppery


Preparation
  1. Add salt and pepper to taste in chicken mince. Then send 1 tbsp of butter.



  2. Rub hard cheese on a large grater and add to the mince. Mix the meat mass well to a homogeneous state.
  3. In a separate bowl beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and 3 tsp of milk.



  4. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. In a well-heated pan, fry egg thin pancakes.



  5. Prepare sour cream sauce: mix sour cream and a clove of garlic passed through the press. Instead of sour cream, mayonnaise can be used.



  6. Now lay out on the finished egg pancake 1 tbsp. l. chicken mince and evenly distribute the mince throughout the pancake. On top, put 1 tbsp. l. sour cream sauce and equally evenly distribute it on the ground.



  7. Sprinkle everything on top with sliced greens and wrap the pancake in a roll. Do the same with the remaining pancakes.



  8. Lubricate the mould for baking with butter and put the breezes there. Bake "lazy" in the oven heated to 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.
