Pepper marinated with parsley Ingredients
  • 1.5kg red sweet pepper
  • 1 head of garlic
  • parsley
  • 250g sugar
  • 750 ml of water
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 250ml vinegar
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil
  • 15g salt


Preparation
