Pumpkin cream soup with cream Ingredients
  • 1kg pumpkin
  • carrot
  • 2 bulbs

Preparation
  1. Cut the bacon in thin pieces and roast it in vegetable oil. Put it on a plate.



  2. Knife the onions and garlic. Roast them for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil, which is left after bacon.



  3. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut the dice. Slice the pumpkin flesh in pieces as well. Put the pumpkin and carrots in the pan and roast for another 10-12 minutes.



  4. Move the vegetables from the pan into the pan, pour water so that it covers the vegetables well. Cook the soup until the pumpkin is ready.



  5. Beat the contents of the pot with a blender to a homogeneous mass. Pour the cream and put it on the stove again for another 2 minutes.



  6. Add bacon, salt and pepper to taste, boil.
