  1. Let's start with mincemeat, as usual. We have beef, but we can use another. Turkey, mutton or mixed. Add to the mince. fine-cut onion, soaked in milk bun, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir it well. It'll be good to hit the ground.



  2. Separately, we will deal with cheese, as there are nuances. Cheese must be selected for good quality. It'll take 100 grams. Divide a piece in half and one half sodium on a fine grater, it will go in puree. Put the other one aside for now.



  3. With puree problems should not arise: broil potatoes, then add to it grated cheese, milk and butter. Make a puree and if it doesn't seem salty, then a little salt.



  4. Let's go back to the mince. Put parchment on the baking pot and put patties on it. Shape them so that they are round with a recess in the center. Warm up the oven until 200 degrees Celsius And send the cutlets there for 10-15 minutes.



  5. Cut the remaining cheese in pieces. There should be as many as there is a cutlet. Put the cheese in the grooves that you took out of the oven. On top of each cutlet, put a slide of puree. And send it back to the oven for another 10 minutes. Done!
