Cookies on margarine recipes Recipe 1 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 100g margarine

Preparation
  1. Mix in one mass sour cream, lard, yolks and vinegar. Add the sifted flour until the mass thickens.

  2. From the resulting mass of mixing dough and divide it into 8 parts. Then send it to the fridge for 3 hours. Melt margarine and smear it with each of the 8 parts of the dough. Cover them with food film and send them to the refrigerator overnight. Take it out, roll the dough with a rollercoaster and cut it into triangle-shaped pieces.


  3. Roll the triangles with roulettes and add any sweet filling if desired. If there are no fillings in the house (condensed, jam), just put on the roulettes and send them in any case in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. "Empty" rolls fall in powdered sugar. Done.




Recipe 2 Ingredients
  • 400g margarine
  • 10 tbsp sour cream
  • 600g flour
  • condensed


Preparation
  1. To start, all ingredients should be at room temperature. Put them together (except for the stains) and mix them. Cover it with food film.


  2. Keep the dough in the fridge for 3 hours. Then divide into 2 halves and both roll. One layer of dough lubricate with filling and put the second on top.


  3. Cut the dough into squares or whatever you want. Bake cookies in the oven at the same temperature as the previous recipe for 25 minutes. Very simple.




We're sure you've noticed that our recipe uses a lot of fatty foods like lard or margarine. That's right. Hence the fast-appearing satiety. But despite this, you are unlikely to be able to eat these cookies precisely because of the large number of calories per 100 g of product.
