Winning recipe for squash cutlets that do not require frying

We'll cook tonight. zucchini. If the products are selected correctly and everything goes according to plan, the cutlet should turn out a whole pan! Wait, but how come we fry in a pan, and as a result - a whole pan?!



Here we go. Below, of course, we will tell you everything. In the meantime, no spoilers for the recipe. The only thing I would like to say in advance is that the cutlets are very lush and juicy, believe me. And no meat!

Squash patties in the pan Ingredients
  • 2 big zucchini
  • 1-2 tbsp oatmeal, not requiring cooking
  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • 1 poop dill
  • 0.5 tsp black ground pepper
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. First of all, clean the zucchini from the skin and with a teaspoon pull out the seeds from them. Sodium flesh on a large grater, salt, stir and let rest for 15 minutes so that excess liquid leaks out.


  2. Cut the onions and dill fine. Get a deep container. Well squeeze the squash flesh from the juice and place in a prepared container. Put dill and onions there.


  3. Now in the same container add pepper, eggs, oatmeal. Wait at least 20 minutes for the cereal to swell. By the way, don't forget the garlic.


  4. Form cutlets of arbitrary size and run in dryers.


  5. On a hot pan with vegetable oil, carefully lay out patties in crackers and roast on medium heat on both sides. 3 minutes each side.


  6. Roasted, but still raw inside the patties load in the bowl and cook in a heated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Pull out the golden beauty and serve it to the table.
