Ordinary meat buns no longer surprise anyone, even if they are very tasty. But the ones we are preparing today are hardly ordinary.





Lush yeast dough and juicy meat filling in them are combined with a bright and unusual silky look. Roses with meat not only beckon an appetizing aroma, but also please the eye: a real flower garden in your kitchen.

Meat buns Ingredients
  • 480g flour
  • 80g sour cream
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3g dry yeast
  • 75g butter
  • 1 egg and 1 yolk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • sesame


Filling ingredients
  • 450g minced meat (turkey)
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 bulbs
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt, black pepper, coriander to taste


Preparation
  1. Mix yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and half a glass of lightly heated milk. Stir everything and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes (until the hat).


  2. In the remaining heated milk, drive an egg, pour milk with yeast and sour cream.
  3. Mix everything with a corolla, add salt, sugar and melted butter.
  4. Gradually inject the flour.
  5. Mixtures aren't very cool dough.


  6. Cover with a napkin and leave it to get up.


  7. Meanwhile, cut the bow finely. Grate boiled potatoes.
  8. Pass the onions in vegetable oil until soft.
  9. Mix in a bowl of raw mince, passered onions and grated potatoes. Add the spices.
  10. Make 12 identical balls from the test. Roll them all up.
  11. Leave one half of the sheet for filling, and make 10-12 parallel incisions on the second. Put a whole portion of the workpiece on the mince.
