Preparation

  2. Add pre-dried and crushed walnuts to the dough. Stir the dough well.



  3. Divide the dough into two baking rings 18 centimeters in diameter. After baking, we will cut each cake into 2 parts. If desired, you can immediately bake 4 cakes. Bake some biscuits. at 170 degrees for half an hour. Check your readiness with a wooden stick. After baking, leave the cakes to cool on the grille.





  4. For creaming beat the mixer butter at room temperature with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar until the lightening of the mass. Then add the chilled cream cheese and beat the mass again to uniformity. Put the finished cream in a pastry bag.



  5. Each biscuit cut the top, and then split the biscuit into 2 cakes. You should have 4 cakes to make. Put the first cake on a wide plate. Each cake before applying the cream should be soaked with pineapple syrup. If it is very sweet, then you can slightly dilute it with boiled water. The crust takes about 30-40 ml of impregnation.

  6. With the remaining cream, lubricate the sides of the cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for soaking.
