Sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 2 tea bags of dandelions
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 Cup organic milk alternative
- 10-15 drops stevia
- ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
Bring to boil 8 cups of water and steep 2 tea bags of dandelions. You can do this in a saucepan or teapot.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then 1 Cup of tea pour into molds for ice. Place in the freezer overnight. Refrigerate the remaining tea to room temperature and refrigerate not less than 2 hours.
