Useful pesto from wild garlic and nettles

Nettle and wild garlic — unique in its composition of plants, as they contain more number of different vitamins and minerals.

They appear in early spring, just when our body needs these vitamins.

Pesto of these "savages" a great way to introduce them into your diet. And it turns out it is not worse than of Basilica, the same fragrant and delicious!





 

Ingredients:

  • Nettles — 100 g
  • Wild garlic — 100 g
  • Favorite vegetable oil — 100 ml.
  • Salt — to taste
Preparation:

All the ingredients, except the salt grind in a blender.

Add salt to taste.

Store in the refrigerator.





Optionally, you can also add a handful of pine nuts, a little grated Parmesan.
