5 exercises to improve a sensitivity of the fingers
Choose the place that you would not have been able to disturb. Best to go early in the morning in the summer at sea. There is nothing better than a workout by the sea at sunrise.
Execute a set of five exercises to improve the sensitivity of the fingers. These exercises will help to open energy channels.
First exercise:
1. Palm disposable one above the other at the top right and left, respectively, from below;
