The perfect drink to support immune health

Today's smoothie is good as a preventive measure against colds. Generous amounts of vitamin C and vitamin A in mangoes, pomegranates and carrots will keep your immune system healthy and strong. All the ingredients have antioxidant properties, and pomegranate — just "SUPER"!





The RECIPE is for 2 servings

  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 — 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • a handful of fresh mint
  • Tablespoon of honey (organic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • grapefruit 1pc
  • water
  • Chia seeds or flax for sprinkling




Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Razleyte glasses, add drink Chia seeds / sesame seeds / flax seeds — the choice is yours. Enjoy!
