Delicious broccoli cream soup with mushrooms

Sometimes you want something easy for dinner. And this mashed soup is perfect for this occasion.

The recipe has neither rare ingredients nor complex manipulations, but, nevertheless, the soup turns out to be very tender, creamy, with an exquisite aroma of basil.

Ingredient:

  • 400 g of broccoli;
  • 250 grams of champignons;
  • 1/2 tbsp. low-fat cream;
  • 1 bundle of fresh basil;
  • salt, pepper;
  • frying oil.




Preparation:



1. Fungi clean and cut across into thin plates.

2. Roast it in a pan, salt it.

3. Boil broccoli, drain the water. Leave a little so that the soup is not too thick.

4. Add to the broccoli half of the fried mushrooms and basils.

5. Grind in a blender to a state of homogeneous puree.

6. Sprinkle it, peel it.

7. Add cream and remaining mushrooms, put on a medium fire and let boil.
