Alexey Trofimov (Trofimov Alexey) is a talented landscape photographer, and once he managed to realize his dream — to photograph the small seals on the ice of lake Baikal. That's how it was.

Baikal seal — very charming, but shy animals. To see them snap from afar, but close to themselves and especially to their young, they do not admit anyone.





From cold and predators, the kids are hiding in burrows and rarely get out. But that day, the photographer is lucky.





Because of the warm weather the snow layer was destroyed, and the pup got to the surface. Meanwhile, nearby, circling a flock of black crows, ready to grab the baby in time.











But this day was happy for all: for Alexis, who managed to make a wonderful and very rare footage.











And for that pittance, which the people had to be rescued from the flocks of birds.
