I love to cook cupcakes: no much fuss, and the result is always pleasing. Autumn Queen — pumpkin — perfect for baking! Delicate aroma, magic bright color...





In truth, pumpkin, I have a special relationship: not all dishes take it. But this cake is something my love from the first bite! Chocolate, nuts, cinnamon do their thing.

  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, softened
  • 150-200 g of sugar
  • 10-15 g vanilla sugar
  • 70-100 g dark chocolate
  • a handful of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp cinnamon


Cooking
  1. To prepare pumpkin puree you will need about 0.5 kg of pumpkin. The vegetable cleanse, cut up slices and put them on the baking sheet, the laid parchment. Bake the pumpkin until soft (approximately 30 minutes). Ready slices crush kartoffelsalat.


  2. Normal and vanilla sugar and beat with softened butter and white. Still whisking, add the eggs one by one at room temperature. A mound sifted with the baking powder in the flour, cinnamon and mix well.


  3. Add to ground pumpkin puree, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  4. Form for baking grease with butter and lightly flour precipi. Pour the batter into the pan.
  5. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Readiness check the match or toothpick.
