  2. After performing the preceding exercise, take a break, hold your breath for 1 minute. Relax, take a starting position, and then shake the whole body. Relax the muscles of the body, keeping the body straight, hands freely at your sides, knees slightly bend. Shake your body, gradually increasing the amplitude of oscillations. Stick to the shake for a minute.

    Attention! The exercise is done correctly only when there is a shaking of the entire body: chest, muscles, and internal organs.




  3. After you shake open your legs shoulder-width apart, the body is bringing forward. Relying on toes, slightly bend your knees, relax all the muscles, open your mouth. Hands pull along the body. Roll your shoulders in turn: do a left circular motion forward, up, back, down. At the same time right shoulder to perform a circular motion in the opposite direction: back, down, forward and up. Make 16 circular motions each shoulder.






After performing this complex improves the functioning of internal organs, improves blood circulation, all the tissues are saturated with oxygen intensively.
