How to do massage for headaches
If you have a wooden comb or brush (wooden or natural bristle), just rascalities but conduct the comb slowly, with pressure and in different directions.
But even more effective is massage hands. First lightly RUB the scalp from both sides of the pads of the 4 fingers swipe from the ears to the top and back, then from the base of the skull to the top and back and, finally, from the eyebrows up and back. Repeat the stroking a few times, gradually increasing the pressure.
Great help for headaches rubbing of the brow and nose lines (dimples between the eyebrows to the hairline). Need to focus with your thumbs in temples and grind middle fingers: first, the brow from the center to the temples and back, then forehead up and down.
The easiest way to massage the twitching hair. Take with both hands the roots of the hair from right to left and from top and a couple of times lightly undernote up. From the same position to move the scalp forward and back.
