        Yogurt

Famous and loved by many yogurt is quite useful. It is a very light product, it is very well absorbed. Recent studies indicate that substances contained in yogurt, will help fight chronic fatigue syndrome.





        Spinach

Spinach contains a most important element – iron, which is needed for hemoglobin formation and oxygen transport. Even iron is involved in energy production and iron deficiency certainly causes fatigue.
