Onions and garlic reduce risk of cancer

Don't like onions and garlic? Maybe you reconsider your attitude towards them. Fans of garlic and onions greatly reduce the possibility of disease in several types of cancer, compared with people who avoided these foods.





Healthy people and cancer patients were questioned in detail about their eating habits leading researchers, and found that people who ate onions and garlic all the time, the risk of cancer is much less. Why? No one will answer for sure. But onions contain antioxidants and garlic has a composition of sulfur, which can prevent the appearance of cancer.





Current data obtained are based on studies of the 8 studies that were conducted in Italy and Switzerland. Each study compared the health of older adults to patients with a specific form of cancer, asking participants for more detailed information about their diets, physical activity and other lifestyle habits.
