5 types of baths for silky skin
Soon summer is the time for short skirts, sundresses and swimsuits. Preparing your body for the summer season should start in advance.
We're gonna do herbal baths today. They saturate our skin with useful microelements, draw toxins, moisturize the skin.
We remind you that it is always better to start water procedures with cleansing the skin with a scrub or salt soap.
Bath recipes:
- Bath of leaves of melissa and thyme in equal parts, 2 liters of water. Crushed leaves pour boiling water, cover with a lid, leave for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then strain and add to a warm bath.
- Nettle bath (relieves fatigue and treats inflamed skin) - 50 g of dry crushed nettle leaves, 250 ml of water. Dry nettle leaves pour hot water, boil for 15-20 minutes. Strain the broth and pour into the bath. The duration of the bath is 20-25 minutes.
- Bath with lime color (relaxes, calms the nervous system) - 100 g of linden flowers, 2 liters of water. Pour the linden flowers into hot water, leave for 5-10 minutes. Then boil for 5 minutes, insist for another 10 minutes, strain and add to the bath. Take a bath for 20 minutes.
- Bath with sage (relieves inflammation of the skin, helps well with excessive sweating) - 200 g of medicinal sage, 1 liter of water. Prepare the infusion of sage: bring to a boil, remove from the fire and under the lid insist for 20 minutes. Pour the finished filtered infusion into a warm bath.
- Bath of chamomile and lime color (calms, promotes good and strong sleep, relieves inflammation of the skin) - 2 glasses of chamomile flowers and 2 glasses of linden flowers, 1 liter of water. Mix chamomile and linden flowers in one dish, pour boiling water, keep in a water bath with a weak boil for 15 minutes. Remove from the fire and leave for 3 hours. Then strain and pour into a bathtub with a water temperature of about 36 °C.
The recipe for the bath is simple. We buy grass at the pharmacy, brew the right amount, insist in a warm place and pour into the bath before taking.
You need to take baths at water temperatures up to 35-39 degrees for 10-20 minutes every day or every other day with a course of 10-15 procedures.
