BATHS for detox at home

BATH FROM LIME BROTH

  • Chamomile (flowers) – 4 tbsp. spoons,
  • Salvia officinalis – 5 tbsp.
 

To 3 liters of boiling water, take 6 tablespoons collection. The bath temperature is 32-34 degrees. Take in 3-4 days. The course of treatment – 8-12 baths.

MUSTARD BATH
