Preparation
Dough: in a salad bowl, quickly mix the oil softened at room temperature with powdered sugar, salt and egg, then add flour. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add green anise grains, roll the dough into a ball, cover with film and put in the refrigerator for an hour. At this time, heat the oven to 210 ° C.
Oil the shape of the tartlet. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and fill the tarts.
Puncture the bottoms of tartlets with a fork, cover with parchment, and fill the space with dry beans to maintain shape during the baking process. Bake 20-25 minutes before purchasing a golden hue test.
While baking tartlets, prepare custard: warm up the milk with half a vanilla pod. In the container, whip a whole egg, yolk and powdered sugar white. Pour into the mixture flour, after diluting with warm milk (already without 1⁄2 of the vanilla pod). Pour custard into the pan and cook to a thick consistency on a moderate heat, without stopping to mix and without bringing to a boil.
Remove from the fire, pour into a bowl and add oil to avoid crust formation. When the cream cools into the anise liquor. Pour the cream into tartlets (pre-extract beans from them for the form), forming a smooth surface.
Spread strawberries, slightly sinking it in cream. Before serving, sprinkle the tartlet with powdered sugar.
