The Caesar salad from Jamie Oliver
The author's version of a traditional salad. Jamie slightly changed the formula, and the familiar "Caesar" turned into magnificent original dish. What is the secret?
Instead of dry and boring chicken breast chef suggests to use a juicy roasted chicken combined with bacon!
The RECIPE of "CAESAR" FROM JAMIE Need to:
several chicken legs
a few slices of white bread
5 strips of bacon
lettuce
Sauce:
2-3 anchovy
a quarter of a clove of garlic
1 tsp. sour cream
100 g of Parmesan
60 ml olive oil
20 ml lemon juice
Marinade for chicken legs:
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
olive oil
salt
pepper
Parmesan for decoration
How to cook:
1. To make the marinade for the chicken legs: combine rosemary needles, olive oil, salt and pepper. RUB chicken legs.
2. In a pan place the bread, cut into large pieces, put on them chicken legs and bake for legs (they should become a beautiful Golden color).
3. To get the pan out of the oven and put the chicken strips of bacon. Bake another 7-10 minutes.
4. For the sauce, mix the anchovies with the garlic and crush in a mortar. Add sour cream, mix well. RUB on a small grater cheese, pour in the olive oil and lemon juice. Carefully stir the sauce again.
5. Get the chicken and bacon. Remove the chicken meat from the bones and tear it into small pieces. If desired, cut into smaller pieces. Croutons chop with a knife.
6. In a bowl tear the salad leaves, put the chicken, croutons, bacon. Fill the sauce. All mix well.
7. Put the salad on a serving dish, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately!
