Today, Jamie brings us a light refreshing dessert that can be prepared for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Seasonal berries, whipped cream and meringue is ready, that's all you need. Connoisseurs of fine tastes, on the recommendation of a eccentric chef required to add to the dessert champagne. And we believe that such an aristocratic morning should afford each. At least once a year!
RECIPE SUMMER DESSERT FROM JAMIE
Need:
600 g of any seasonal fruit (from Jamie's – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
150 g icing sugar
0.5 glass of champagne
100 ml heavy cream (33%)
a little vanilla extract
ready meringue
honey – to taste
How to cook:
1. Fold 500g of berries in a bowl, add 100 g powdered sugar, crush with a fork or potato masher.
2. Pour in champagne, stir.
3. In another bowl, combine cream, remaining powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beat until strong peaks.
4. On a plate spread whipped cream on top put the berry puree, then the remaining fresh berries. Decorate with meringue and warm honey.
