How to cook salt celery

Salt is organic or inorganic. A person is able to absorb the useful components from natural organic salts, inorganic he can only with difficulty be processed and, at best, withdraw from the body, at worst postponed.

Celery is a plant which abounds in that salt, which is why it served as an example of a useful source of salt.

All you need is to buy celery (preferably either Belgian or Israeli, as the stems of plants that is produced there have the highest salinity), dry it and grind.

For this you need to carefully and fully clean the celery stalks from the leaves, which can taste bitter, then finely chop and leave to dry. The most important thing in this process – do not exceed a drying temperature in 42 degrees, otherwise nothing useful in this salt will not be – you simply will burn.
Once chopped celery, dried, you need to grind to a fine powder. And natural and healthy salt ready.

In addition to the use of this product, it can be noted that it has a much softer and more pleasant taste than common salt, and pleasant herbal aroma. This salt is just a great addition to any dish!
