Watermelon, Brynza and Mint Salad by Jamie Oliver

Jamie advises at least once a week to give up meat and cook something light and no less tasty. If you think that watermelon, brynza and mint are categorically incompatible products, then trust the famous Englishman and try the original summer salad. In addition, it is an excellent solution for those who love to eat in nature and hate to waste time preparing complex dishes.

Salad recipe with watermelon, brunza and mint:
1 small watermelon
2 small bundle of mint
300g brynza
3 lemons
pine nuts
salt, pepper to taste
olive-oil

How to cook:

1. Clean the watermelon from the peel and cut in cubes 1 cm. Mint - small chop, brynza stretch with your hands. Put everything in a bowl. Add lemon peel and pine nuts.

2. Fill the salad with lemon juice and olive oil (the amount is at your discretion).
